Location
Hatha Yoga Fuse is held in my comfortable home studio in Avon, OH 44011. Vinyasa Yoga and Compassionate Kids Yoga are held at Step by Step Dance Studio in Avon. Due to limited class sizes, please call ahead or email to reserve your spot and to get directions.
Mats & Other Supplies
Loaner mats are available to use for a fee of $2, but I encourage you to bring your own. Blocks and straps are available for use. Please bring whatever will make you most comfortable during relaxation, such as a small pillow or blanket.
Attire
Dress in comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Please note that loose, baggy clothes may get in the way. Bare feet are perfect.
Etiquette
Yoga is compassionate, not competitive. Come to class open to exploring your personal edge, ready to try new things, and feel great about your own practice.
Policies
I do not offer refunds. There are no refunds issued for prepaid missed classes. Prepaid classes are not transferrable to another class or time. All parties and private events require a non-refundable deposit. Class cancellations due to weather will follow Avon School closings. If classes are cancelled by the instructor for any other reason than weather, there will be a credit issued toward the next payment made by the student. Make up classes will not be scheduled for general classes. Private classes will be rescheduled accordingly. Private classes require 24 hour notice to reschedule or will count as missed. Thank you!
